Q : 선생님이 되셔서  좋은 점과 나쁜  점은 어떤 것이 있으신가요? 

What is advantage and disadvantage  being a teacher?

>> What are pros and cons about being a teacher?

 

교사가 되어서 좋은 점은 너무 너무 많습니다. 교사가 되지 않았다면, 치열하게 살고 있는  학생들의 젊은 모습들을 볼수 없었을 것이며, 노력을 통해서 성장해 나가는 모습도 볼 수 없었을 것입니다.

A : there are too many advantage being a teacher If i wasn't  a teacher, I couln't  see that i living violently and growing appearance through effort.

>> too는 부정의 의미이므로 내용이 부정적일 때만 쓰길.

There are a number of good things that I get as a teacher. Otherwise, I would not see the students struggling to survive and then growing well.

 

 

그리고 나의 미약한 힘으로 그들을 변화시키는 모습을 보는 것도 좋습니다.

I like watching changes the students by my own week efforts.

>> I like watching them change themselves into better ones with my power.

영어 사용자들은 직설적으로 받아들이므로 한국식 정서를 이해하지 못하니 weak 삭제

 

한 마디로 반항하고, 좌절하고, 그러면서도 서장해 나가는 그들의 모습에 빠져있습니다. 그래서 행복합니다

In a word they disobey, miscarry, however, I fall into their growing appearance. so i'm really happy.

>> In other words, I am into their struggling

such as resisting,forgiving, and improving.

So I am so happy.

 

 

 

영어교사로서 나쁜 점은 아주 많습니다.

But there a so many disadvantages being an English teacher.

>> However, I face so many discouraging situations as an English teacher. 

 

영어에 대한 압박감, 노력하지 않으면 도태되기 쉬운 과목이기에 겁나는 것도 많습니다.

pressures about english and if i don't effort that is select easy subject so i fear a lot.

>> I am afraid of being under too much pressure about improving my English ability.

 

 

또한 언젠가 저의 조카가 한 말이 확 와 닿습니다. "이모, 언제까지 영어 선생님할거야? 나이 든 영어 선생님은 별로야 "

also, someday my nephew said to me " aunt,  how long you do teach english ? older english teacher is not good "

>> And I recall my nephew's saying to me. She said, "Ant.  'Till when will you teach English? I don't like old English teachers." 

 

이런 점이 나쁜 점이라고 할 수 있겠네요.

I think this point is disadvantage.

 >> I think these can be bad points about being a teacher.

 

Q.마지막으로 파란고 학생들에게 한 마디 해주세요.

Finally say a word to paran high school students

>> I'd like to get your words for your students as your last words. 

 

A : 꼭 두 가지만 말하고 싶습니다. 절때 파란고를 스스로 비하해서 말하지 마십시오 여러분과 평생 함께 할 학교입니다.

I want to say two things. Don't depreciating of yourself about paran high school'

>> There are two things I must mention to them. First, don't look down on your Paran high by yourselves. This school will be with you forever.

 

주변에서 어떤 말을 하든,  여러분은 파란고의 주인이기 때문에 파란고를 지킬 의무가 있습니다.

 what go with you around what says, we have responsibility to prevent your school.

>> No matter what others say about our school, you should keep the school safe and sound.

 

 

좋은 점만 생각하고 좋은 점을 부각시켜 주십시요. 그렇게 하기 위해서는 여러분 자신의 실력을 키워야하겠지요.

good things of school and reveal, for do that you must develop yourself

>> You have to make the good points of our school known to the public.

To do so, you have to try your best in studying.

인문계 고등학교의 name value라고 하는것은 학생들에 의해 결정되기 때문입니다.

things that general high school's "name value " is decided by students

 

마지막으로 자신에 대한 평가도 신중히 해야 할것입니다. 자신의 능력을 스스로 비하하는 말을 하지 말라는 것입니다.

finally, you will have to careful about your self-estimate. In other word, don't say bad word that degrade your ability.

 

자신도 인정하지 않는 사람은 그 누구도 인정해 주지 않습니다. 하고 싶은 것이 있다면, 할 수 있다고 말하면서 하려고 노력하십시오.

 

nobody acknowledge, who don't acknowledge yourself if you have dream, you should effort telling " I can do it "

 

"난 안돼! " 라고 하는 말을 절때 내 뱉지 마십시오. 자신을 사랑하는 파란인이 되었으면 좋겠습니다.

never say "I can't do it ". I want to you to become paran people loving yourself
