인종차별

 

We often meet foreigners on the way. But we have different feelings whenever we meet white people, black people and Asians. Our country has been modernized by western countries, so we usually admire and respect white people.

 

But we tend to neglect and ignore them because of their skin color.

>> them은 백인이 아니니 the black people로 수정.

 

Many people still have a pejudice against the foreign laborers.

>> Many still have some prejudice toward the foreign works로 수정

 

We have to throw out the prejudice that white people are cleaner than black people. We should understand and respect culture differences. 나는 서로의 문화를 이해해주어야 편견이 없어 질 것 이라고 생각한다.

 

 

 

예를 들어 인도에 있는 갠지스강에서 힌두교도 사이에서는 이 강물에 목욕재계하면 모든 죄를 면할 수 있고, 죽은 뒤에 이 강물에 뼛가루를 흘려보내면 극락에 갈 수 있다고 믿고 있다. 하지만 우리나라 사람들이 보기에는 물이 더럽다고 생각할 것이다 .

>> For example, Ganjis Rivern in India will forgive all the sins of every human being if he or she takes bath in the river. They believe they will be gone into the  heaven after death if they scatter their bone powder. However, Most Koreans won't like it, because they think it's dirty. 

 

 

Similarly even Koreans are suffering from racial discrimination in Europe and America.

It is unfair to judge from skin color not individual ability.

 The reason why a racial prejudice is wrong is

that all humans are equal and have dignity in itself.
